VMG assisted in helping to create the overall brand identity and marketing strategy. Working closely with the company’s founders, we determined the overall brand message and brand promise that would appeal to potential members of this community. This lead to the development of a strategy and marketing plan.

This process helped to identify the ‘deliverables’ of a web site (including an online, automated shopping cart), an on line magazine, and a fully functional social network associated with the web site. The look and feel of all of these tools tied in to the original branding elements determined at the outset.
 
Consequently, based on the consistency of the brand message and brand promise, within a few months after launching the initial sites, LDSWA numbers their members in the thousands. Advertising revenue covered the costs of the online magazine by its second issue, and will likely create a profit by the third issue.
